Full Job Description for Content Writer
We are looking for a Content Writer to join our growing Marketing team. If you’re passionate about helping people discover the best places to live, choose a real estate agent and make a winning offer on a house or a commercial property, this is the role for you.Writer
Responsibilities:
- Write 10-15 blogs per month of similar length and focus areas of exciting blogs.
- Copywriting for the social media channels.
- Add company and stock photos.
- Pull together month’s blogs into the newsletter, write an intro, add photos, etc.
- Proof content prior to distribution.
- Distribute and troubleshoot the distribution process, ideally using the current platform, Constant Contact.
- Maintain data on open rate, engagement, optimal timing, etc.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior writing experience is required and blog writing is preferred.
- Real estate writing or brokerage experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Additional Requirements

- Ability to educate readers and promote our unique services
- Ability to produce a quality, error-free newsletter
