Karan Johar offered Aryan Khan a mega-launch as a hero, but he declined it.
According to a knowledgeable source, “It began as a really serious proposition. When Aryan declined Karan’s offer to launch him, Karan reasoned that he would eventually change his mind because “he’s a kid, it’s a family problem.” But Aryan continued to reject his requests.
Later, Aryan’s family realised that Shah Rukh Khan’s son had no real desire in pursuing a profession in acting. “At this point, Karan Johar no longer makes jokes about it (a star launch). Aryan aspires to work in cinema. He is not interested in performing, despite his good appearance.
Even Zoya Akhtar promised to introduce him in her Archies comic book adaptation, in addition to Karan Johar. But he rejected it. The next-generation actor in Shah Rukh’s family is her sister Suhana.
