Without mentioning Jawan or Pathan by name, Vivek Agnihotri expressed his opinions about Shah Rukh Khan’s most recent flicks in an interview with Siddharth Kannan. “I believe his most recent films are very superficial,” he said. He is capable of much more than that. “Han jo bhi aai hai unke films” refers to current releases. Those I’ve watched struck me as being really shallow. They are acceptable as action films, but I disagree that they should be used as a benchmark for filmmaking and that this marks the end of the entertainment industry. I then believe it to be sycophancy. I find that to be problematic. He further stated that Shah Rukh’s supporters had previously harassed him on social media.
Jawan, a movie starring Shah Rukh Khan, debuted on September 7 and quickly became a hit.
