Job Title: Technical Writer
Purpose: To create and update system and process flow documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluent in English
· Ability to take responsibility
· Ability to meet tight deadlines
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
· Must be creative, confident, and motivated
· Ability to collaborate and interact with different team leads
· Ability to understand system architecture
· Ability to understand existing system documentation
· Knowledge of SDLC and workflow processes
· Tools: Word, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
Job responsibilities for Technical Content Writer
· Produce Scope, SRS, SDS, and testing documentation
· Write engaging content on a diverse range of topics and systems
· Write content with accurate and skillful keyword insertion
· Edit and proofread content and documentation as required
· Present new/updated documentation to the management
· Design, develop, and create captivating technical documentation to showcase new and old systems
· Accurately portray product, service, or support information in a professional and engaging tone
· Learn system structures and understand the functionalities of developed properties
· Document process flows of different teams and products
· Create user manuals for tech and support teams so that they can execute as per the documented instructions
You will be measured on:
· Documentation deadlines
· Quality of deliverables
· Reliability of system information documented
· System understanding
· Product and system knowledge
Experience: 1 Year(s)+
Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Sciences or similar
Reports to: COO, General Manager
Line Supervisor: General Manager
Shift timings: 3:00 Pm to 12:00 Am.
